Use spices more effectively.
How do you use a spice box? Pinch, Grab, Sprinkle, Scoop or Spoon - it doesn't matter. They all work. It's meant and designed so you can store it with the inside lids off. Try it this way - we bet you experiment more and fall prey to the aroma of the spices when you open it. And we bet you try something new as a result. Recipe calls for salt and pepper? Try a pinch of cumin or coriander. You won't hurt the dish and will be delighted with the outcome.
